Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-Rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to address any questions or concerns you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

- How can I book an appointment?
To schedule an appointment at Chapman Mills Dental, please contact our office during our regular business hours.
- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Rescheduling or cancelling of an appointment cannot be done via email. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us of any change of plans as soon as you can, so we another patient may be able to use the spot in our schedule.
Please allow 48 hours notice (two business days) to reschedule your reserved appointment and avoid a cancellation fee.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit.

Chapman Mills Dental offers financing options through Medicard to help you manage your dental payments at an affordable and comfortable pace.
STEP 1 Apply Online & Get a Quick Decision
Most client's applications are rapidly approved for funding. Financing may be approved while you are at your dentist's office. Apply Now
STEP 2 Begin Your Treatment
Medicard will notify you of the credit decision by phone. Sign and return the required documents and a void cheque to Medicard.
STEP 3 Make Payments
Medicard sends payment automatically to your doctor or service provider. Your monthly payment will be electronically debited from your bank account. - Payment Methods
You will be responsible for any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment.
We accept payment by debit or most major credit cards.
