Dr. John Fayad

Dr. Fayad had been in full time practice in downtown Ottawa since 1995.  He relocated his professional dental practice to its current location in Barrhaven in January 2003.  In early 2010 the office underwent a major expansion and renovation. Dr. Fayad graduated from Carleton University in 1990 with an Honours degree in Biology and Biotechnology.  In 1994, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of West Virginia.  Over the years, Dr. Fayad has made it a priority to educate himself in the latest advances in dental medicine so that he can offer his patients the most cutting-edge care. 2011 Platinum “top dentist “ readers choice award – Barrhaven, Ottawa South newspaper

Dr. Fayad is a general dentist who focuses on CEREC® Cad-Cam technology. As owner of Chapman Mills Dental, Dr. Fayad takes great pride in offering top-notch dental services to his patients and the community.

Dr. Andrew Tomash

Dr. Andrew Tomash received a Bachelor of Science from Saint Francis Xavier Universtity in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.  After graduating, he worked in an environmental lab before following his dreams and pursuing a career in dentistry.  Dr. Tomash graduated from Dalhousie University where he was granted a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Roxanne

Roxanne was born and raised in Ottawa. She graduated college in 1997 with a Diploma in Medical/Dental Business Administration and has been working in the dental field ever since. Roxanne has excellent people skills and manages all aspects of the office from treatment to administration. Roxanne and her husband Mike recently had a baby girl named Grace to keep her older brother Cole company. Congrats Roxanne! In her spare time, she loves to play soccer and spend time with her husband and her family.

Paul

Paul has been with Chapman Mills Dental for ten years and has been a registered dental hygienist for eleven years. His #1 priority is making sure his patients are at ease. When he isn’t working, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and his two little ones Lucas and Scarlett. Paul also enjoys playing tennis and squash.

Cherice

Cherice was born and raised in east Ottawa and attended Everest College graduating from Dental Assisting. When Cherice is not at work, she is a full time mom to a five year old little girl.

Katie

Katie was born and raised in the Ottawa Valley.  She graduated in 2011 as a dental assistant. In her spare time she loves walking her bull terrier Remi, on the trails in Gatineau Park and does hair dressing on her days off.

 

Ashleigh

Ashleigh was born and raised in the Toronto area.  She completed the Dental Assisting program in Toronto and then moved to Ottawa to attend Algonquin college for Dental Hygiene where she graduated in 2001.  She has recently returned to the Ottawa area with her husband Andy, after living and working in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands for the past seven years.  When time allows, Ashleigh loves travelling, horseback riding and entertaining friends and family.

 

Bria

Bria was born and raised in the Ottawa Valley.  She attended Algonquin College for dental assisting and then returned again to Algonquin for dental hygiene.  She graduated with an advanced diploma in Dental Hygiene.  Bria is committed to client care.  In her spare time she enjoys being in the outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.

 

Catherine

Catherine attended Algonquin College for Dental Assisting in 2013. She grew up overseas and moved back to barrhaven in 2003 where she still resides today. In her spare time she enjoys going snowboarding and spending time with friends and family.
